My Name is Greg Nemer, and I am the author of Fit on Purpose.com

I’m a short guy, so a few extra pounds really shows on me and I really needed to get rid of those embarrassing love handles. I tried fad diets and sifted through the all the weight loss hype until I found the answer to my dilemma . I started my fitness success story on February 1st, 2006 and in 6 weeks time I went from 18% body fat to 11.7%. I also went from 148 to 142 pounds in body weight. 6 pounds may not sound like much, but I put on some muscle and muscle weighs more than fat. I am currently at 8% body fat and am concentrating on building a better physic.
