If you are like me, you have probably tried many of the "diets" that are out there. You may even have the same eating habits as I had or now have.  A while back I got a hold of an excellent nutrition e-book. It is the best I've ever found and they do not try to sell you weight loss items or supplements.

I have been following the author's advice since February 1st, 2006 and in 6 weeks time I went from 18% body fat to 11.7%. I also went from 148 to 142 pounds in body weight. 6 pounds may not sound like much, but I put on some muscle and muscle weighs more than fat. I am currently at 8% body fat and am concentrating on building a better physic.

You may like cardio exercises or you may even do some weight lifting. I think it is good to balance them both. The Author, Tom Venuto, is a bodybuilder but he has the best advice I've ever found on nutrition. He doesn't advocate a diet, he talks about lifestyle. He also comments on most all of the diets out there like Atkins, South beach, etc.

Burn the fat Book

  I really like the book, It contains real, honest, life changing material. On his other sites, he'll have a lot of links to other pages that may be overwhelming. Just get the book and forget about all the other peoples products so that they don't bombard you with other e-mails.

There are some good tips on his site but I think you'll be very satisfied if you just go ahead and purchase the book. Seeing as how we pretty much are on the same page and if you can take the time to read an extensive e-book, I highly recommend this book.
